We have secured a new date for our Spring Meeting at Chelmsford Golf Club later in the year, Thursday 13th September. All playing members of the Society will be able to apply but preference will be given to those who applied for the original date and had a confirmed place. As a lot of our members have expressed an interest in a new date we hope that members will support this event. You can download an Application for Spring Meeting 13 September form from here and forms are also being sent/given to clubs. We ask members to spread the word amongst Society members at your club and given that the original date was oversubscribed we encourage you to apply as soon as possible and preferably by 13 July.
If you applied for the original date and had a confirmed place, your cheque has already been cashed. This money will be set against your next meeting booked but if you have no other bookings and are not available to play on the rearranged date we will refund your money.
