The evening meal is a Herb Crusted Salmon Fillet, new potatoes & green vegetables followed by a cheese plate (mature cheddar, Dolcelatte, Somerset Brie, grapes and selection of crackers). If you have any special dietary requirements you MUST contact the club direct (01787 224343) in advance of the meeting, to ensure you are properly catered for. Ladies are expected to change for the evening meal and prize giving. Can you please ensure that others at your club are aware of these details.

There will be a table selling Society Merchandise including Society T-shirts, badges, bag tags, Society logo golf balls and more. Society badges, bag tags and Membership Subscription can also be purchased for Lady Vice Captains so that they can be presented with them when they take up office. A form needs to be completed for this which can be downloaded below or available to complete on the day.

Please note: the approach road to the Golf Club will be closed for resurfacing from 8pm that evening. I certainly hope we have all departed long before that. In any event please ensure to exit in good time.
