Autumn Meeting 2 October 2023 – Langdon Hills (places still available and details for the day).

For all those playing in the competition please register by no later than 11.10. If you are held up on the day please send a text message to Carol Bell (mobile 07784 244172) or leave a voice message, giving your estimated time of arrival.  Bacon rolls and coffee will be available from around 10.30. First tee time is 12 noon. A list of those playing can be downloaded below. If you need to cancel your place please contact Jane Collier preferably via email janecollier03@btinternet.com or alternatively telephone Jane (mobile 07837 711205) in either case please ensure you receive confirmation of your cancellation. Whilst we accept that sometimes it may be necessary to cancel please remember that this is a 4BBB competition and it may not be possible to fill your place at the last minute. Buggies are available to book, at a discounted price of £30, telephone Langdon Hills (01268 548444). If you would like to share a buggy please contact Carol Bell email carolbell1332@gmail.com or Mob 07784 244172 and we will try to put you with someone else who wants to share but we can’t guarantee this.

The evening meal for all competitors is: a carvery followed by apple pie. If you have any special dietary requirements you must contact the club as soon possible to ensure you are properly catered for. Ladies are expected to change for the evening meal and prize giving. Can you please ensure that others at your club are aware of these details.

There will be a table selling Society Merchandise including Society T-shirts, badges, bag tags, Society logo golf balls and more. Society badges, bag tags and Membership Subscription can also be purchased for Lady Vice Captains so that they can be presented to them when they take up office. A form needs to be completed for this which will be available to complete on the day.
